Purpose: Raw Ingredient Utility Operator

The Raw Ingredient Utility Operator will be responsible for supporting the raw ingredient department by having the job knowledge, skills, and execution of all department positions.

Responsibilities: 

Enter batch information into Plex Software and manage inventory to ensure product is in stock and accurately counted

Operate a Yard Dog truck to pull trailers in and out of the mill bay

Unload Double hopper belly dump flour trailers in the mill

Sanitation of the mill equipment

Monitoring control systems and interpret data to make necessary changes

Maintain constant communication with the Mill, Meat Room, and Extruder Operators

Chip Meat blocks apart and mix ingredients together and grind blocks of meat into meat grinder

Receive in Trucks and enter inventory into computer

Unload frozen meat pallets into freezer for storage using forklift

Clean meat room equipment throughout the day and at the end of runs to ensure sanitation of equipment is up to standards

Work with a team to ensure product is safely processed in a timely manner

Hours:

1st shift: 5am - 1:30pm
2nd shift: 1:30pm - 10pm
3rd shift: 10pm - 6:30am

Compensation: $21/hr base wage. 1.50 with shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts
