Purpose: Raw Ingredient Receiver. The Raw Ingredient Receiver is responsible for receiving in all trucks in the meet room. Entering the new inventory into the computer, organizing the freezer and putting inventory away in the freezer.

Responsibilities:

Unload trucks as pallets of Meat and fish as they are delivered using forklift.
Check off inventory on the bill of lading to ensure it matches product delivered.
Enter inventory into computer system and on Board.
Unload frozen meat pallets into freezer for storage using forklift.
Stage pallets of meat for processing line.
Help to clean Meat Room equipment and floor during and at the end of runs to ensure sanitation of equipment is up to standards.
Chip frozen meat blocks apart
Picking up 45-60 lb frozen meat blocks and placing them conveyor to go into grinder.
Add oils as needed per customer specifications.
Work with a team to ensure product is safely processed in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

Willing and able to lift 60 lbs.
Willing to work with a team
Stand for long periods of time
Ability to bend, and reach
Forklift experience Required (minimum of 1 year)
Computer experience is required
Basic math skills required
Ability to work in cold freezer throughout the day.
Organize and clean freezer preparing for future inventory.

Hours: Monday - Friday

1st Shift: 5am am - 1:30pm
